GENERAL CONDITIONS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF “AURORA” HOTEL & VILLA SERVICES

  1. All guests staying at “Aurora” hotel & villa agree to comply with the terms and conditions for the use of our services, listed below.
  2. Each newly arriving guest is required to present a personal document (ID card or passport) for registration. The personal data of all guests are processed and stored in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act and the European directives for the protection of personal data.
  3. Accommodation of minors is only possible if an adult family member also stays with them.
  4. When leaving the room, guests must close the windows, lock the front door and hand over the key for safekeeping at the reception.
  5. The hotel provides facilities for storing guests’ money and valuables in an individual safe at the reception, for a fee. The hotel is not responsible for guests’ personal belongings and valuables left in the rooms and not handed over for storage in the safe.
  6. A person who is not registered as a hotel guest but is only visiting our registered guest is not allowed to enter the hotel rooms. By decision of the hotel management, such a person may be admitted under certain conditions, e.g. by recording the visitor’s passport details at the reception.
  7. When leaving the hotel room at the end of the stay, the guest is required to personally return the key to the reception and officially declare that they are vacating the room.
  8. It is not permitted to remove or move hotel property from/out of the rooms and the common areas.
  9. The hotel guests are responsible for all damage to the hotel’s furniture and inventory, as well as for any missing parts of it.
  10. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. Violation of this rule will result in a fine.
  11. Jumping out of and climbing on the balconies is prohibited as well as walking on the roof of the gym.
  12. Guests must adhere to the generally accepted standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout their stay.
  13. The use of the sauna by a person younger than 16 years of age is possible only with an adult supervisor.
  14. The use of the gym by a person under 18 years of age is not permitted, regardless of whether they are accompanied by an adult.
  15. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed to use the elevators and the swimming pools without an adult supervisor.
  16. In the event of a blockage or other emergency situations occurring while using the elevators, the alarm buttons located in the elevator cabin should be immediately activated .
  17. Guests are not allowed to use their own electric heaters in the rooms or to bring food inside.
  18. It is not permitted to bring bulky objects, explosive and flammable substances, and weapons into the hotel building.
  19. It is not allowed to take food and drinks outside the restaurant premises.
  20. Guests wearing swimsuits or wet clothes are not allowed to visit the restaurant.
  21. Parking spaces at the hotel are limited, subject to availability and cannot be reserved in advance. The parking is paid, unguarded and the hotel is not responsible for any damage to the vehicles.
  22. Pets are not allowed.
  23. Hotel guests must keep silence during the hours designated for afternoon (2:00 PM – 4:00 PM) and nighttime rest (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM).
  24. If a guest is violating the hotel rules and policies, the management may resort to terminate the violators’ stay immediately, without liability for the refund of any prepaid amounts or compensation.

Check-in/check-out hours

The check-in at Aurora hotel & villa begins after 2:00 p.m., and the check-out must happen before 12:00 p.m. Early check-in and late check-out are offered only upon availability and for a fee.

Accommodation with children

We at the “Aurora” hotel & villa are happy to welcome children of any age. Depending on the number of guests in the room, children can benefit from the following discounts:

– Children up to 1,99 years old on the date of arrival receive a 100% discount.

– Children up to 11,99 years old on the date of arrival:

  • One child accommodated in the same room with one adult gets 50% discount of the price of an adult.
  • Two children accommodated in the same room with one adult – each child gets 50% discount of the price of an adult.
  • Three or more children accommodated in the same room with one adult – the first child gets 100% discount, each of the rest of them gets 50% discount of the price of an adult.
  • One child accommodated with two adults in one room, gets 100% discount of the price of an adult.
  • Two children accommodated in the same room with two adults – the first child gets 100% discount, the second gets 50% discount of the price of an adult.
  • Three or more children accommodated in the same room with two adults – the first child gets 100% discount, every other child gets 50% discount of the price of an adult.

Every child who is 12 years old on the date of arrival will be calculated as an adult.

Accommodation of third adult

Third person (an adult or a child who is 12 years old and above) accommodated in the same room with 2 other full price payers, gets 20% discount of the price.

Video surveillance

In order to ensure the safety of guests, video surveillance with recording is carried out on the territory of “Aurora” hotel & villa. By the act of using our services, guests agree to be recorded.
